earlier today, we heard the beginning of the preamble to the constitution of the united states: "we, the people." it's a very eloquent beginning. but when that document was completed on the seventeenth of september in 1787, i was not included in that "we, the people." i felt somehow for many years that george washington and alexander hamilton just left me out by mistake. but through the process of amendment, interpretation, and court decision, i have finally been included in "we, the people."

做最美的幼儿教师
各位评委老师： 大家下午好!我今天演讲的题目是《做最美的幼儿教师》。
我很高兴也很忐忑走上这个讲台，高兴的是能有这么好的机会和各位同事在一起畅所欲言，忐忑的是我在今后的生涯中能不能成为一名最美的幼儿教师。
在这短短的十几天里，我深深的感受到我们这个大家庭的温暖。对于刚走出校园生活，步入工作岗位的我来说，深深的感觉到有许多不足之处。因为有很多事情是我在学校里面从来没有经历过的，可能有很多地方都不太熟悉。但是每一位老师包括园长都给予我很大的支持与鼓励，尤其是孙靖老师更是给了我许多的帮助。无论是在教学上还是在生活上，她都像我的大姐姐一样，让我学到了许多在学校里不可能学到的知识。我也很感谢各位老师给我的帮助，让我觉得我也是这个大家庭里的一份子，帮助我很快的融入到这个大集体中。可能刚开始的时候还是有些不习惯，但是渐渐的我也已经慢慢的熟悉了现在的工作现在连下班的时候，脑子里满满的也全都是这份工作。
其实我从小并没有当幼儿教师的梦想，相反的是我并不喜欢教师这个职业，觉得一辈子直到退休都做一名教师，太没有意思了。但是当我真正选择了这个职业，走入幼儿园看到一张张天真、可爱的笑脸冲着你叫老师好时，我感受到了前所未有的满足与喜悦，我顿时觉得其实最一名幼儿教师也挺好的。
我所理解的做最美幼儿教师的最美并不是在形象上的美丽，而是一种奉献精神，是一种美的奉献。
记得刚进入小班的 操场上玩。我拉住他，努力使他安静下来，一不注意，他又向远处跑去，我紧紧追着，生怕他一不小心摔倒了。我们班有一个小朋友喜欢打人，有一次他跑到后面就为了抢玩具，把别的小朋友脸给抓伤了，我急忙查看被抓的小朋友的脸，发现被我的心一下子揪了起来，赶紧让阿姨带他到医务室去消毒。幸亏伤的不严重，等放学的时候向他的家长汇报了一下，家长非常通情达理，没有怪我们这件事，但是我更感到自己肩负的责任，也认识到要尽心尽力地爱护和照顾每一个孩子，便会赢得孩子的爱戴，家长[幼师演讲稿(共2篇)]的理解。
虽然工作时间不长，我感受就是想让孩子们喜欢你，那就要做到自己也要扮演成孩子跟他们融合在一起，多关心他们，多注意他们，多和他们一起玩，说和做一些他们感兴趣和关心的事情，多想一些新花样吸引他们，这样你就能让孩子们喜欢你。
每个孩子都需要老师的爱，尽管他们都有不同的性格，有内向的、外向的、活泼的、大方的、老实的、顽皮的，但他们都是有感情和思想的，那我们就要以爱为核心，细心对待每一个孩子。要花时间充分了解自己班级的孩子，学会观察，对班内每一个孩子的情况都了如指掌，让孩子在我们的阳光下健康成长。
做最美的幼儿教师，应该要有爱心、细心、耐心、责任心，在今后的工作中我会不断完善自己,争做一名孩子喜欢家长尊敬
