捷克家夸美纽斯比喻不学无术的教师是无雨之云，无源之水，无光之灯。我时常担心将来某一天我会成为一个无源之水的教师，所以为了不让自己担心的事发生，我们一定要勤勉好学。
我要飞进学生的心灵。不热爱学生的教师不是好教师，无数优秀教师的实践证明：教师对学生的爱能使师生在心里上接近起来，能在师生间架起一座互相信任的桥梁。同时，老师应用尊重、真诚、理解的心去热爱每一片绿叶，让每一片绿叶上都洒满阳光，让每一片绿叶上都有跳跃的音符，走进学生，走进学生的心灵吧!
飞向先进的行列，飞向知识的前沿，飞进学生的心灵，年轻的翅膀承负着一份份厚重与博大，因为年轻的翅膀只有飞翔才能寻求平衡的支撑，不飞，翅膀就会退化，不飞，生命就会枯萎。

我有一颗热爱事业的心。我明白教师的苦于累，平凡与自私。没有鲜花陪伴，没有掌声共鸣，没有丰厚的收入，没有豪华的享受，有的只是生活的忙碌，有的只是肩头沉甸甸的责任。但我无悔于自己的选择，我深深爱着教师这一行，用我的汗水，用我的智慧，用我这颗跳动的火热的心。
