我叫黄亚丽，就读于湖南师大医学院，是高护专业的应届毕业生!在学校几年的学习期间，表现良好，成绩优异，充分掌握了护理专业的各项基础理论知识，并且一次性的通过了全国英语四级和公共营养师三级的考试，同时能熟练的运用计算机的各项基本操作技能!
在三年的学习期间让我清晰的认识到护理学是一门应用学科，有很强的实践性，结合了自然科学与社会科学的理论体系，形成了护理的基础理论和操作技能!我很崇拜南丁格尔，她燃烧自己，照亮别人的精神和用爱心、细心、耐心、责任心照顾每一位病人的工作态度，让我毅然的选择了护理这一门行业，同时也成为我从事护理事业的学习目标和对待工作的态度，在我心中深深扎下了对这一岗位的执着与无限热爱!我愿尽微薄的力量协助医生帮助患者及其家属减轻痛苦，让他们积极面对疾病，并战胜疾病!

my name is betty smith and i turned 90 years old yesterday. i was born and raised in washington, d.c. but moved here to cardiff thirty years ago with my family. i have dedicated my life to helping others. for 35 years i was a professional nurse at the county hospital. i began my career as a nurse in the second world war, and also assisted soldiers injured in korea, vietnam, and here at home. for the last decade, i have been a school nurse, and now i live with my son, his wife and their two children. it has been a beautiful life.
i settled on nursing because taking care of the soldiers seemed so natural to me. i met my husband on the battlefield. my children were born the year we ended the war and declared peace. what else could i have done? this life of service found me.
one of the most interesting things has been meeting people in all the countries isquo;ve visited. in times of distress, you really see how tight each community becomes. if someone is in the water, theysquo;re plucked out. if someone is injured, theysquo;re bandaged. there are no questions, just action. isquo;d love to see that kind of community support all over the world. not just during times of war and disaster, but in everyday life. the villages that support each other are the villages that succeed. in this giant village of britain, itsquo;s vital that we remember that our responsibilities lie not just with ourselves, but also with our neighbors. our liberation is bound to the liberation of others.
isquo;d like to think isquo;ve done my part, been as useful as possible, and given to the best of my abilities. for now, isquo;d like to continue mentoring young nurses and enjoying my time with family and friends.
