总体来说，美国相对绿色化，到处都是草坪、大树，而且我们参观的大学都会大草坪，家庭住别墅的较为多，而中国，到处都是高楼大厦，家庭大多住楼房里，别墅较少。再从局部来看，美国的每所大学都有教堂，因为他们都是信天主教的，而中国大学里都不会有教堂;美国的早餐、中餐、晚餐都以刀、叉、勺进食，而且以面食为主，在中国，人们通吃米饭，而且用的都是筷子;在美国，他的幼儿园、小学都十分轻松，我寄宿那个家庭的小女孩也读三年级了，暑假都没有作业，假期时间还比我们长半个月，而中国的孩子放假时作业一大堆，压力很大。

夏天的洛杉矶还是属于凉爽的，那天一清早，我和爸爸妈妈就来到好莱坞影城，它是一个时尚、精彩刺激、艺术与高科技完美结合的主题公园，那色彩艳丽的街头各景，令人犹如走进了童话世界，全球最先进的imax4d影区吸引着来自世界各地的游客。在《辛普森一家》景点门口，我们经过了10多分钟的排队，走进了7人一间的小影区，坐上座位后，顿时觉得自己一下子升上天空，白云触手可及（其实，整个过程座位只是轻微抖动，并没有移动，所有那些身临其境的感觉只不过是身边360度全方位环绕的4d屏幕的错觉），突然，犹如坐在过山车上的我们一下子由上往下冲去，大家都失声大叫，只听得“砰”的一声摔入大海，我们身上、脸上都溅到了海水，但还在哈哈大笑，接着我们迎着海风在大海上冲浪，时而快，时而慢，突然，前面出现了一只张着大口的怪物，眼看着我们将“自投罗网”冲入它的口中，我抱着头大叫：“不要……”，谁知，那个家伙竟打了一个大喷嚏，喷了我们一脸的“口水”……那将近20分钟强烈逼真的视觉刺激，真令人兴奋。我重新排队又玩了一次，还是觉得意犹未尽。
