为什么我会想让爸爸痩下来呢？因为爸爸因肥胖的原因，而导致血压、血脂都偏高！听大人们们说，虽然这些病不会造成死亡，但是，高血压、高血脂如果持续升高对人体和生命都是岌岌可危的！所以我想爸爸快点痩下来，让那些对身体有害的病统统远离爸爸！
记得有一次，爷爷家搬家，我们一家当然得去帮忙。爷爷家的'新房子是小区的多层房五楼，我们得把爷爷家原有的一些家具和生活用品从一楼搬至五楼，我清楚的记得，爸爸那天可向我认输了！起初我一趟一趟地往上送东西，已经跑了五六趟了，还不觉得累；而爸爸才送了两趟就已经气喘吁吁的了。我一边小跑着送东西，一边嘲笑着爸爸："爸爸，跑不动了吧！看你以后还加不加强锻炼！"
