秋假终于来了！因为我在学校里为钓鱼的事惹出了不少麻烦，所以爸爸答应我去八卦田钓鱼，我高兴的叫起来：今天终于能如愿以偿了！
我们到了八卦田，借好鱼竿、找好位子、把鱼饵调配好，就差不多可以钓鱼了。
我不会钓鱼，爸爸在旁边教我说：先把鱼饵固定在鱼钩上，然后把鱼线抛出去，等看到浮标向下动了，就可以收线了。我听完爸爸的指导，就开始钓鱼了。我心想：一定要钓上鱼啊！我忽然看见浮标动了动，以为鱼上钩了，可是我收线时，一无所获。我心里很失落，可又重新振作起来，又钓了几次，都没钓到。旁边的老爷爷见我们钓了几次都没钓到鱼，就送我们了几条，我心想：虽然没钓到小鱼，可从这件事中让我知道了一个道理，就是，做什么事都要有耐心。
吃过中饭，我们看见有人再挖番薯，我们也去挖了，回来时满载而归。虽然我和爸爸的手都磨出水泡了，可是大丰收，还是很开心的'。
