日前，有幸参加“cctv万福送万家——全球华人少年书法大会”义工，我还沾沾自喜了几天，因为既能参与维持现场秩序，又能见到央视的主持人与演员，特别是能在董浩叔叔退休前亲眼看到他的尊容，可谓一举多得。演出现场共有100个义工，大家身穿统一红色义工服，场面蔚为壮观。我们的任务就是引导和疏通现场围观的人群，以及到广场对侧马路上劝导交通。这在提升义工形象的同时，也提升着深圳城市形象。
当我在劝导交通时，看着十字路口行色匆匆的路人与车辆在我们的劝导下，都能很好地遵守着“红灯停、绿灯行”的交通规则，听着现场降低分贝的声音，心中觉得颇有成就感。
不料，在某次绿灯时，迎面走来了两位穿着时尚的女孩子，约摸二十岁，看起来应该受过高等，满脸洋溢着青春气息，长得也很漂亮。当她们走到我跟前时，其中一个女孩冷蔑地看着我，鄙夷的跟同伴说：“像这些人，都是无聊才会岀来做义工的。”
当时，我忽然愣住了。没想到的是，这话竟出自一个看似有素养的漂亮女孩之口。在她嘴里，我认为非常有意义的事却成了“无聊人”才做的事。
事后，我陷入了沉思：为何这个漂亮的年轻女孩对义工有如此看法？
首先，从社会大环境分析。现在的人们一味地追求物质享受，相反他们的精神世界却非常匮乏，很多人为了追求眼前私利无所不用其极。人心越来越浮躁了，人性也越来越冷漠了，所以，诸如“无私奉献”、“助人为乐”在很多人特别是90年代以后出生的人眼里，对自己并无直接的利益与好处，自然觉得那是无聊的人才肯干的事！
所以，不难理解为什么那个漂亮女孩会诧异地对我情不自禁地脱口而出，这与她的价值观显然是严重相悖的！曾子曰：“吾日三省吾身”。除了社会大环境影响外，义工自身是否也存在固有问题？
诚然，并非所有义工都是岀于公益之心，都想着为社会无私地出点自己的绵薄之力。据我了解，很多人参加义工的目的是为了刷义工服务时数，以换取个人办深户或小孩升学的积分，可以说，他们是为了私利而参加义工的，这与前面那个时尚女孩所说的“无聊”显然有着较大出入。
试着换一种思维看问题。我倒觉得不管义工是否为了私利，只要在参加活动时能够做到积极配合就好。
退一步讲，即使他们在户外活动时没有其他人那么投入，就算当当合格的宣传员、维护义工良好形象、扩大义工规模影响也是不错。
只是，千万不能流于形式！
